Great experience. Starting with Steve as the introduction to the company. Steve was informative, professional and ensured a smooth service from start to finish. Neil visited site prior to installation and also has called after installation to check everything was to my satisfaction. The installers were courteous, friendly and installed with no fuss. The handover was as expected and despite an APP username error, the aftercare support team resolved it within 24 hours.
